1st Annual FARA Energy Ball

Honorary Chair Council Suzanne and Paul Avery, Ron Barte, Judy Genshaft and Steve Klasko along with event chairs Kathy and Doug Rothschild and Linda Seegers and a hard working committee raised over $1 million dollars to fund research for Friedreich Ataxia, a neuromuscular disease. Presenting sponsors included OSI Restaurant Partners, Proximo and MillerCoors. The gala culminated a week of events including an educational symposium and golf tournament. Dressed in black and white, guests enjoyed cocktails, including an oxygen bar with flavors, a delicious dinner and live auction. Las Vegas entertainer Gordie Brown wrapped up the festivities. Tampa Bay Metro was the magazine media sponsor.
