Bring a Texas-sized Appetite

As they say, everything is bigger in Texas and Tampa’s newest Brazilian Steakhouse, Texas de Brazil is no exception. Opened since late February, Texas de Brazil has been serving up hearty helpings of delicious grilled meats and savory salad bar items.

Kick off the dining experience with a signature cocktail, the Caipirinha. A refreshing cocktail of sugar cane rum, cane sugar, lime and crushed ice, which compliments the grilled meats. Or choose from a full bar and wide selection of bottled wines.

Once seated, guests are instructed on the use of the flip cards on the table. When the card is faced up green, numerous servers will stop by with a variety of meats including beef,
chicken, lamb, pork and sausages that are cooked over an open flame and

carved table side by the authentically costumed, Gauchos, or Brazilian cowboys. When the card is flipped to red, relax and enjoy the tasty, deliciously prepared meats. In addition to the over 50 item salad area which includes appetizers, soups, cheeses, breads, sushi and vegetables, each table is served garlic mashed potatoes, Brazilian cheese bread and plantains, sweet-fried bananas. If there is still room for dessert, indulge in a sweet Brazilian cheesecake or creamy Brazilian Papaya Cream and steaming cappuccino.

For a romantic dinner, enjoy the quieter outside deck or dine inside, a perfect place for celebrating with family and friends.
