The American Heart Association's 2011 Heart Ball

The American Heart Association and event chair Bryan Glazer hosted a fun and exciting Heart Ball to raise funds to fight heart disease and strokes. Tampa Bay Metro magazine was a proud sponsor of the event. WFLA’s Stacie Schaible emceed and USF’s Dean of Medicine Dr. Steve Klasko, aka DJ Stevie K, jump started the party by spinning a few tunes. Among the 400 attendees were Hinks & Elaine Shimberg, Steve & Jodi Jacolow, Jim & Barbara Major, Toni Everett, Dick & Linda Greco, Todd & Shari Mezrah, Lee Mezrah, and Judy Genshaft helping to raise $470,000 for the cause.
