The Rococo Burger

What Makes This Award-Winning Behemoth So Good?

The steak burger is blended house-ground NY Strip in a 70/30 meat to fat ratio which matches the 70/30 brioche bun. The mammoth 8oz. burger and brioche bun are wood-grilled and dressed with bacon onion jam, rosemary aioli, heirloom tomato, and artisan lettuce. The burger is plated with hand cut fries and house-made balsamic ketchup.
