Features Dish From Brand’s

James Beard House Dinner Menu

 

Ocean Prime, an award-winning modern American restaurant and lounge, is honored to host a dinner presentation at the James Beard House on Dec. 7 in New York City. In celebration of this honor, Ocean Prime Tampa will feature Ahi Tuna Rossini, a dish created by the Ocean Prime culinary team especially for the James Beard Dinner menu.

The exquisite dish, available for $50, features seared foie gras, caramelized mushrooms, carrots, Brussels sprouts leaves and a truffle reduction. Pair with Louis Jadot Gevrey-Chambertin available by the glass for a limited time only with Coravin technology.

Ocean Prime Tampa serves lunch Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturdays.
Dinner is served from 4-10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 4 to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
On Sundays, dinner hours are from 5 to 9 p.m. The lounge is open daily.
